Often said to be similar to Colombian coffee. Bolivian coffees are usually clean and medium-bodied, with bright acidity and sweet green fruit and citrus notes. Bolivian coffee is almost entirely washed process. A sizable percentage of Bolivian coffees are Fair Trade and Organic certified. We source from Cerrado, Mata de Minas, Mogiana, and Sul de Minas.
