Costa Rica is famous for, making Brunca coffees especially reliable and versatile across roast
styles.
San Jorge is the producing community behind this coffee, with smallholder farmers delivering
their harvest to Coopeagri R.L., one of Costa Rica’s well-established cooperatives. Coopeagri
works closely with its members to support quality-focused production and consistent
processing standards. Farms in this area average around 2.5 hectares, keeping production small
and hands-on while maintaining dependable volumes and strong physical quality.
This coffee is classified as HB (Hard Bean), indicating it is grown at higher elevations where
