Stanley’s coffee background includes barista work, roasting, green buying, and exporting, which gives him a broad and empathetic understanding of the supply chain. He brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the trading team and values strong relationships and meaningful stories behind each coffee. Stanley enjoys learning, connecting, and sourcing coffees that speak to both quality and purpose.

BANK THOMAS

With more than three decades in the coffee industry, Banks brings deep experience across roasting, quality control, green buying, and retail. Before joining ICT Coffee, he spent much of his career as a roaster, which helped him develop a strong understanding of sourcing, processing, and flavor development. He also co owns Grand Strand Coffee in Myrtle Beach, giving him hands on insight into every step of the supply chain. Banks is driven by long term partnerships and genuinely enjoys helping roasters find coffees that match their goals.

A Q Grader with more than a decade in coffee, Celi combines strong industry knowledge with a grounded, welcoming presence. She brings hustle, curiosity, and genuine care to every conversation and has a background that includes both trading and competitive basketball. When she is not working with roasters or cupping coffees, she co runs an indie bookstore and spends time exploring Baja sunsets and tacos.
If I were a coffee origin: Colombia. Vibrant, bold, and full of surprises.
KEELY THOMAS

Keely grew up in coffee and started her own business as a teenager, which later became a family run roastery and cafe. Her experience behind the bar and in the roastery gives her a welcoming and people-focused approach to trading. At ICT, she works closely with customers, quality, and storytelling to help roasters connect with coffees that fit their goals. Outside of ICT, Keely judges for the United States Barista Championships and loves projects that bring people together through coffee.
If I were a coffee origin: Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Classic, dependable, expressive, and always offering something new.

Jackie has led ICT’s logistics team since 2021 and brings clarity, structure, and a welcoming spirit to every part of the process. She is known for her sharp attention to detail and her practical leadership style, which keeps operations efficient and easy to navigate. Jackie is committed to making logistics feel approachable for both customers and coworkers. When she is not at work, she enjoys good meals, outdoor sunshine, and time with friends.

Chris has spent his entire eleven year coffee career with ICT, and we are grateful to have him. Logistics was not a path he expected, but it became the perfect place for his steady personality and attention to detail. Chris is committed to making sure every order moves smoothly and on schedule. He approaches every shipment with care and a genuine desire to help.

Araceli has nearly ten years of experience in the coffee industry and is a licensed Q Grader who leads ICT’s quality control work with warmth and precision. She began in trading support but discovered her love for cupping and sensory development, which is now her specialty. Her kind personality makes even a full cupping table feel welcoming. Outside the lab, Araceli enjoys baking desserts and spending time outdoors with her family and her dog Latte.
If I were a coffee origin: Guatemala. Reliable, sweet, well balanced, and quietly full of depth.

CHRISTINE GILARDI

Christine joined ICT Coffee in 2018 and immediately brought warmth, positivity, and kindness to the team. Before entering the coffee industry, she ran her own consulting firm and spent more than 30 years producing training programs and technical documentaries for the United States Navy. Christine approaches her accounting work with patience, clarity, and a genuine love of helping people. Her goal is to make every customer feel like they are the only priority.
If I were a coffee origin: Hawaii. Warm, consistent, a little nutty, and happiest in the sunshine.
RYAN GRANTHAM

Ryan brings more than five years of accounting experience to ICT and keeps things running smoothly with equal parts efficiency and good humor. He is a weekly surfer, an enthusiastic hiker, and a newlywed who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife. Ryan is friendly, organized, and dedicated, and he appreciates customers who pay on time.
If I were a coffee origin: Canada. It grows the same amount of coffee I drink each year, which is zero.
