Formed by 100 small producers in 2014, Asproguate represents over 1,500 members in order to promote consistent advancement for members and their community. They created the Fuerza de Mujer program to empower women in coffee farming and fabric weaving. This program provides training in financial management, health, and environmental sustainability, with the goal of helping women and their families generate income.

SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) accounts for beans that are cultivated at altitudes of 1,300 M and above. This results in a slower maturation process that enhances flavor complexity.

EP (European Preparation), represents beans that are screen size 15+ and meticulously sorted and cleaned to ensure coffee is free from defects and impurities.
