ICT Credit Application

Payment/Credit - Talk to us about establishing credit terms in advance of placing an order.   We will extend terms upon approval of your credit application.  We accept checks, electronic checks (over the phone), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or wire transfers. Good references and a completed signed application are required before any credit terms can be extended. A finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to all delinquent accounts.  Please see the ICT Credit Application above for complete details.

Shipping - We can ship coffee anywhere in the United States and Canada. We receive discounted rates with our network of trucking companies and would be happy to handle the entire shipping process at your request. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to process orders.

Please note that shipping is for buyer’s account.  Once the coffee leaves the warehouse, the freight company is responsible for delivering you sound bags.  Be sure your shipment is in good form.  Do not sign the receipt if the bags are torn or if there is any significant damage to your shipment.  For damages, please write the claim directly on your freight receipt and contact your trucker immediately.   In addition, be sure to state whether you need a lift gate prior to shipment.  Please note that truckers are not obligated to assist with unloading the cargo.  Please be sure to clearly state your shipping instructions to ensure an efficient and timely delivery. 

InterContinental requires orders to be placed 30 minutes prior to warehouse deadlines for next day shipment.

Contracts - For larger orders and forward bookings, a sales contract will be issued.  Invoices will serve as contracts for smaller orders.  All transactions incorporate the provisions, terms and conditions of the applicable Coffee Contract (Spot, Ex-Dock, Ex-Warehouse, FOB etc.) of the Green Coffee Association of New York City, Inc. including all rulings and by laws in effect on the date hereof.  

Minimum Purchase - The minimum purchase is one bag (132.28 to 154.32 lbs).  We do not split bags.
